This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I thought this was supposed to be fun and exciting but instead I was met with sharp deadlines, bad customer service, constant “technical problems”, a I thought this was supposed to be fun and exciting but instead I was met with sharp deadlines, bad customer service, constant “technical problems”, and at any moment it felt like I was going to get shafted. My delivery was 10 days late, which was delayed by carvana’s own doing not my own. In which they tried to expire my trade in value to get me to pay more for a newer vehicle. Then when delivery actually came they tried to take the vehicle away and cancel the transaction until I argued that they delayed the original delivery. Won’t be doing business with carvana again. More
