If I could give a negative star rating, I would. By far the worst experience in my 58 years. Never again. The car needed over $2,000 of repairs when I received it. The inspection that was provided by Carvana was completely falsified. There was dishonesty and deceit throughout the process. The shadiest company I have ever dealt with in my life. Carvana had a good selection of vehicles. The process was fairly painless, once I got through the insurance underwriting portion of it. My vehicle was delivered on the day and at the approximate time that was promised. I did not have to wait for the permanent plates, as they were already on the vehicle when it was delivered. I even got the chance to test drive it. Good job! More

I waited for 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, with no explanation or apology from my rep. The vending machine contraption was damaged, and my car has a giant dent on the roof from transit. time, with no explanation or apology from my rep. The vehicle itself seems great though, it was exactly what I wanted and easy to find/buy from the app. The process of browsing and buying is great, but all things related to them acting as a dealership were very rough. I love the ease of the transaction. No dealership and hours saved! The people I spoke to and had contact with were awesome! My issue came with my car. 3 days in the check engine lig No dealership and hours saved! The people I spoke to and had contact with were awesome! My issue came with my car. 3 days in the check engine light came on. I am now waiting 1 1/2 months for a dealership to see my car because none of the local shops can "touch the car" since it is under the powertrain warranty. This is super inconvenient and not helpful when I am going on a business road trip in 2 weeks. I absolutely 100% would buy from Carvana again, but having to HAVE to deal with dealerships only on their warranties is time consuming and not efficient, yet I cannot afford to pay out of pocket by going to another one. More
