The performance of the Honda Fit that I purchased was good but the interior condition is pretty horrible! The mats are missing and/or tore and the seats are stained. I asked about this and the representa good but the interior condition is pretty horrible! The mats are missing and/or tore and the seats are stained. I asked about this and the representative said the company can do $100 which doesn't even cover a detail and new mats. Carvana clearly does NOT value their customers. I would recommend going to Carmax over Carvana. More

My delivery was delayed twice. The car is in much worse condition than advertised. The car is still not registered. The price was higher than advertised. I received my vehicle after dark it had a cracked windshield which I was unable to see and on the 2nd day I had it there was a bad shake in the vehicle I contacted them to have this fixed they then t windshield which I was unable to see and on the 2nd day I had it there was a bad shake in the vehicle I contacted them to have this fixed they then told me I had to work with the warranty company and the windshield would not be covered although it came that way now I've had my car for 3 weeks and only driven it 2 days spent in the shop the rest of the time They wouldn't put a brand new transmission in it More
