I feel that I stole something and got away with it. That is how easy my purchase was. I will never go to a dealer again. I have just completed request for repairs so I can not rate service yet. I did call Tire Choice for an appointment for fixing my recall on my breaks and they told me to give the car back to Carvana and run due to the time it takes them to get oks for work to be done. I love my new car and i will stay away from Tire Choice!!!! More
Car delivered 6 days late. Damage beyond what was advertised in the listing. Floor mats not present at delivery per listing photos. The ease of buying online wasnt as expected most of the cars were pending sale so it took a long time to find a car actually available. There should be a way to filter those out. The Delivery was canceled 30 mins before because it needed a battery and apparently they don't inspect the car until right before delivery. It went to the dealer over night and so I didn't have to wait another week for an open appointment I picked it up at their local Hub. The vehicle hands free and navigation was errored out. I took it to the dealer for repair where it took 4 days for the repair to be approved and then the part will take weeks to months to receive. That should of been something they fixed prior to sale and not brushed onto the customer to deal with. Its was a hassle I am still dealing with. I will say they extended my 7 day money back guarantee by a few days because of the issue. I like my car but the experience was not good. I wouldn't recommend this service. More
GREAT EXPERIENCE. I am pleased with the notifications and selection. A lot easier that the back and forth at dealerships. Great rate on trade-in. I applaud Carvana and its employees for figuring out how to put the entire car buying experience online. That in and of itself is a huge step forward for simplicity and economy. Then, they took it to the ne to put the entire car buying experience online. That in and of itself is a huge step forward for simplicity and economy. Then, they took it to the next stage in a time of COVID but making the final delivery process completely and appropriately sanitary and socially distanced. Communication throughout via email, text, phone, and finally, in person (through masks and across 6+ feet) were complete, caring, and congenial. Thanks. We love our car. More
