I think the process was seem less, however, I had some damages with my car interior when it was delivered that was not noted. So bad. So, so bad. My first delivery date was canceled because I was given less than 24 hours to upload documents that I did not have access to that particular day. Literally the night before delivery, they canceled on me again - VIA TEXT - because "We messed up and we're very sorry you were scheduled for an infeasible delivery date." These people are a complete joke. More
Unbelievable..Everything going smoothly until 6th day. Find email in spam folder that deposit from my bank didnt go through. It was incorrect routing number. Called Customer service--said that they tried 5 times--now I need to send bank check or wire. Told rep I was never notified-- had car for 6days. rep refused to transfer me to supervisor or another rep. Called Customer service again--same response. What a cluster foul up. Important issues are left to chance emails--but my log in account tells me how many days until I receive registration. So i have to get bank check--upload photo of front and back to send to them. Never again--No problem solving skills at Carvana--apparently no supervisors also. More
carvana definitely was a great experience. There are things that could be beneficial like communicating deadlines to the customer. I feel the timing it took could have slowed communication. I was hoping it wouldn’t come to this but I have given Carvana every opportunity to make things right to no avail. Our car was delivered on March 2nd and today is August 17th and we still have no tags for Carvana every opportunity to make things right to no avail. Our car was delivered on March 2nd and today is August 17th and we still have no tags for our car. We have been told that they do not even have the title to our car. No one returns phone call, emails, etc. I literally can’t do anything with this car without a title. It has been sitting in my garage since May 4th when my second temp tag expired. Now I am paying for a car that I can’t even drive. I was patient in the beginning because I understand there is a pandemic but more then 5 months later and no answers is unacceptable. I’m writing this in hopes that it will save someone else from having to deal with a similar situation. More
Carvana offered everything we needed to buy our new car. All relevant information on the cars was available as we searched, the purchasing process was straightforward, customer service was honest, friendly, All relevant information on the cars was available as we searched, the purchasing process was straightforward, customer service was honest, friendly, and quick when an issue came up. The last car we bought had us driving 3+ hours on our days off with a toddler in tow to test drive disappointing cars. We will use Carvana again. More
