The experience was easy and straightforward. The photos provided online were accurate as to when I received the vehicle. Found some cosmetic issues within the first 7 days that were not disclosed when I purchased the car. I contacted Carvana and they gave me easy directions on how to upload pics. SilverRock (Carvana’s warran were not disclosed when I purchased the car. I contacted Carvana and they gave me easy directions on how to upload pics. SilverRock (Carvana’s warranty provider) agreed to pay to have the cosmetic issues fixed by one of their preferred collision shops. Total of $1200 + rental car will be paid by SilverRock. A+ service in my book. More

After doing some research and checking our their website, I knew I would buy my next car from them. I set up search notifications on their website for the make and model vehicle I was looking for, and almost 4 weeks later, it popped up. I bought my new car from bed that morning and picked it up later that week. It was easy, fast and, honestly, exciting and enjoyable. I've already recommended Carvana to so many people and suspect that, with me, they have a customer for life. I only hope they can break into the "new car" market in addition to certified used cars!
