If I could put no stars I would. I paid $400 for delivery for my car to be pulled off the truck on the middle of the highway and forced to come meet him a mile from my house. The guy was rude, disrespectful, for my car to be pulled off the truck on the middle of the highway and forced to come meet him a mile from my house. The guy was rude, disrespectful, and put my car and safety at risk. I told Carvana about my ordeal and how I received my car in poorer condition than they advised. They offered $50 and said the 3rd party delivery was not their responsibility. No case has been opened for me and I have waited on the phone to talk to someone over 2hours. I would have rather gone to a dealership and sit there ALL day than to have such terrible service. Unbelievable. I sent video and pictures to Carvana which means nothing apparently. More
Car showed up having drip marks and dirt all over it. Interior windows weren’t clean, crumbs everywhere. Disappointing as the first time I purchased from caravana the car delivered was flawless. I walked around the car with the employee and he agreed it didn’t look detailed or washed. After he left I started cleaning it as it was for my wife and I couldn’t give her this gross car. I later received a text from the employee where he said if I show him a receipt for a detail they will give me $50. I said I couldn’t find a detail for under $50 so do I need to pay the rest? Could you guys come pick it up and detail it yourself? He said this is what the manager offered that’s all we will be doing. Carvana is just like dealerships I learned this time around More
It was fine. Somehow the ‘7 day return window’ was 6 days. We got the car on Wednesday the 10th and it expired on Monday the 15th. So that was weird. And the car smelled like cigarettes. So I days. Wow! First word that comes to mind. An amazing experience so far. Selected 2015 Nissan Rogue with very low miles. Here are the facts: -Positive reviews avg. 4.7/5 -Settled on vehicle -Was preapproved -Kn so far. Selected 2015 Nissan Rogue with very low miles. Here are the facts: -Positive reviews avg. 4.7/5 -Settled on vehicle -Was preapproved -Knew monthly payment immediately -Application process from start to finish not including selecting vehicle was less than 45 min. -Delivery date was to my convenience -Vehicle arrived on time with friendly agent -Vehicle was exactly what I saw on website -Vehicle was detailed and Inspected (per Virginia motor vehicle policy) -7 Day test drive -Minor scratch on passenger door very hard to see but agent pointed it out and said Carvana will take care of it at no cost - Minor issue that Nissan dealership caught. Submitted claim to Carvana and they took care of that cost as well. Fantastic experience! I have been telling everyone that will listen to try Carvana. Very happy customer. Thank you Carvana. More
I loved the experience buying with Carvana! It was so easy, fast and fun. The only person we interact with at the vending machine was very professional and very nice. My kids dreamed about just stopping easy, fast and fun. The only person we interact with at the vending machine was very professional and very nice.
