Customer service post-sale significantly lacking. I'd like the option to amend this review, hopefully higher, after open issues get resolved. But after that, except for an initial call with Victor, at Carvana Customer Service, follow-up has been inconsistent and significantly lacking. OEM parts not included with vehicle at delivery (see emails and pics I was asked to upload for details); rear windows do not close properly (again see pics). The window issue may be a warranty issue, but how did the car get through the "150 point inspection" prior to delivery with this problem? And although I'll get it in for repair, now it becomes MY problem and MY time. I have bought 3 cars in the last 15 months -- 1) At a dealer - a 2016 used Jeep Wrangler, issue: missing roof wrench. Status: immediately resolved (the salesman even offered to have the wrench dropped off at our house, which wasn't necessary.) --2) a new 2019 Subaru -- no issues, but their follow-up and mini-detailing of the car every time we bring it in, for no charge, has been exemplary. So far the Carvana experience is a very distant 3rd... At this time , I WOULD NOT recommend to a friend or family member. More

I did have several questions during the transaction which were addressed swiftly, competently, and pleasantly. My vehicle arrived on time, and was pretty much as advertised. All in all, I’d have to say this was far superior to any prior vehicle purchase in my experience. It was also significantly less expensive than anything I’d seen at the local dealerships. More
Once I got my car everything was great. I even went to the Volkswagen dealer and they told me everything was perfect and I got an amazing deal. The only hassle I had was with my delivery. They pushed it back 3 times and the transportation truck put a deep scratch in my bike rack. Carvana is in the process of fixing it so I’m very satisfied with my purchase. More

I was highly disappointed with the 2 week delay for delivery because they found a weatherstripping piece on the passenger door that needed to be replaced and when the car finally arrived the weatherstr delivery because they found a weatherstripping piece on the passenger door that needed to be replaced and when the car finally arrived the weatherstripping was not replaced (or was replaced very poorly and wrong) door panel wasn't secured and floor panel was popped off and wouldn't secure. That was very very disappointing in my opinion. I have a claim open and am getting it fixed but I had to spend $800.00 (400.00 a week) for a rental for the 2 weeks the car wasn't here so the repair could be done. More
No time spent in a dealership, hassle-free, excellent communication throughout the entire process. The delivery was simple, touch less, and was totally satisfied with the car upon arrival. I would recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to try this option, you have nothing to lose and can return the car within seven days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied.
