I so badly want to rate your service higher. Everyone I spoke to was professional and very helpful. The problem I cant over look is the approval process for repairs for damage that was not disclosed in th spoke to was professional and very helpful. The problem I cant over look is the approval process for repairs for damage that was not disclosed in the advertisement. First there was a data entry problem so my complaint was not submitted. Then I called back and got this corrected only to not receive any notification within the promised 48 hours. I texted in a chat window and got a generic "24-48 hours message". The next morning (the last day of my 7 day trail) an agent saw that everything had been approved days ago but he could not explain why I didnt get an email. I had gotten every other email along the way and nothing in my spam folder. So the communication was really questionable. Also the damage I found on this vehicle would give me pause to ever buy again because it was so much worse than disclosed. An entire door and frame had been repainted (badly), two large dents that completely penetrate the paint leaving the car susceptible to rust, paint scraped completley off the front bumper. None of this was disclosed in the online advert. What was disclosed was 3 paint chips. There were over 40, I know I fixed them. My dealership inspected the vehicle and the oil filter your mechanics put in was ill fitting. He showed me a smashed filter which he had to yank out because it wasn't designed for german cars. Finally it was filthy when it arrived, your website uses the words buff, wax, detail to describe how the car will be delivered. All that was bull. Filthy and scratched all to xxxx with fine scritches and scratches so there was no buff or wax done. I paid over $300 for a pro detail job and NOW it looks like your website promised it would. Summarily, service was very professional and I will love this car once it's up to the standard I expected from reading your website. The process and product presented at the beginning disappoints me. I would mention that NONE of my disappointment comes from the individuals with whom I had direct contact. Every single one was professional, helpful, and courteous. Just get your product right and you'd be fine. More

Only one issues was with communication between delivery and one of their representatives, but that was resolved quickly and car was delivered, with minimal contact. Amazing Staff, Communication, and Overall Experience I had what could have been the worst case scenario in that the 2016 Dodge Charger I was in the process of purchasing received some cosmetic damage (sc I had what could have been the worst case scenario in that the 2016 Dodge Charger I was in the process of purchasing received some cosmetic damage (scratches) on the front bumper during transportation between sites (prior to delivery to me). Carvana was completely upfront and notified me immediately about the delay. They then continued to keep me in the loop as they repaired the damage as well as secured photos of the damage at my request from the transport/repair facility so that I knew exactly what they were fixing. Carvana apologized for the delay, but wanted to make sure the car met their exact level of quality, which I was thankful for and happy to wait as the repair job they did was top notch. During their final inspection after the cosmetic fixes, the mechanic identified an additional mechanical fix that didn't meet their level of quality and they took care of that as well. It was nice to know they upheld their level of standards and didn't try to sell me something with a soon-to-need mechanical repair. Once the vehicle was delivered, there were a couple other areas on the car's body with scratches that had occurred as part of the previously transport damage and Carvana agreed to have them fixed at no cost to me. The delivery driver, Jordan, was extremely polite and walked me through the rest of the process that would occur including Carvana handling the registration aspect. I also traded my current car in as part of the transaction, which he picked up at the same time. Jordan even followed up with me days after with a handwritten thank you note and gift card, which I was completely surprised to receive...especially since I had already bought the car! The whole process, including the online paperwork was very seamless and quite a joy to go through, something I never thought I would say about buying a car after purchasing my last two cars through dealerships. There was never any pressure to buy and the Carvana staff was always reminding me that I could cancel the purchase or return/swap the vehicle if I was not satisfied. I definitely will use Carvana again and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle without hassle of a dealership, but still with confidence you are getting a good deal and a great vehicle. So far my experience has been a good one, very easy & hassle free. I just wish the inside & outside of the car would've been cleaned/ detailed.
