Upon delivery the vehicle sun roof was cracked and I still have not received the phone call I was promised to have it fixed. The Brakes caught fire while driving to work the second day of owning my new still have not received the phone call I was promised to have it fixed. The Brakes caught fire while driving to work the second day of owning my new vehicle.. both calipers seemed to seize up on me. Upon calling carvana I was directed to their 100 day warranty coverage which is a third party. I was then directed to their local in network shop “pep boys” and when I took the vehicle there I was told they have had nothing but problems with carvana vehicles warranty company. They went over the vehicle and confirmed that they can see my brakes caught fire and the calipers were seized up. They also noted my tires were dry rotted (all four). It is now about 1 week and I still have yet to enjoy my new vehicle as it sits in the shop. The carvana warranty company is denying the claim. I made multiple phone calls to the company and this has turned into the blame game. Pep boys is ready to do the work. What happens to my 100 days of warranty I was promised???? I will be contacting an attorney if this is not resolved. More

I found a vehicle that had low mileage for a price within my budget, I needed insurance there was an insurance company On the same site, so I got insurance, my fears of requiring to pay tax, title and registration all addressed within my loan. The delivery was great. The driver WAS able to answer all my questions. I feel that I made a great decision and a great purchase. Thanks Carvana wishing you all the best for the future. More

DO NOT TRUST THEM!! The worst customer service I have ever encountered. When my 2015 435 Xdrive Gran Coupe arrived, Tanisha the representative told me there were cosmetic flaws not noted on the website, ever encountered. When my 2015 435 Xdrive Gran Coupe arrived, Tanisha the representative told me there were cosmetic flaws not noted on the website, and “it was not up to Carvana’s standards”. There were scratches all over, a ding in the drivers door, and the vehicle had been poorly detailed at best. Tanisha assured me she had noted all damage and made a report and Carvana would “make it right”. Well come to find out, She only noted ten percent of what I pointed out and wouldn’t allow me to see her paperwork. I took her at her word. I received an email from Silver Rock with their offer to fix the few noted cosmetic exceptions, which had almost nothing I noted on day of delivery. I was floored. I called them up and spoke with a guy who told me to take it to a body shop to get an estimate, which I did the same day. I hear nothing back for days... so I call back and speak to someone else who then tells me to upload pictures to a link at Carvana. I comply. Carvana informs me I’m past my 7 day limit, and cannot authorize repairs. After many requests and explanations they finally agree to reconsider. I submit photos and they claim they can’t see. I submitted photos with tape measures of scratches. Can’t get any clearer. I requested they come take a look as their shop is within 30 minutes of me. Nope, they want to shut me down and deny pictures. It’s been a month since I took possession of the car, and while it’s mechanically sound, it’s not what was represented to me on the website. I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience. More

We were dreading buying a car because of the hassle of dealerships, but this took all of that away. The Carvana process is very Uber-esque, and we have already recommended it to several friends! We took our new Hyundai into a service center the day after it was delivered to get it checked out. The oil was clean, and the mechanics were very impressed with the condition the vehicle was in...all thanks to Carvana! Everything about the vehicle ended up being better than the pictures... We will definitely be using Carvana again! More
