One point of improvement that I would recommend is to make the arbitration agreeement opt out more clear and featured on the post-sale dashboard. Attempting to obstruct it or make it easy to forget about will generate doubts about Carvana's transparency as an organization. Carvana will succeed as an organization if it avoids the "ick factor" that many traditional used-car dealerships have, of which that is an important part. More
