I am an extremely busy person, and this sometimes means cutting corners to get things done. We all know that car buying and selling can take up an enormous amount of time and we walk away wondering if we cutting corners to get things done. We all know that car buying and selling can take up an enormous amount of time and we walk away wondering if we are sold stuff we didn't need. Carvana was so completely different it was almost scary. They gave me more than I expected for my trade, and the process was fast and seamless, and I was notified the entire time of the steps. The new (used) car purchase was so easy as well. The car I selected was great, but it didn't feel right, and on the last day of my trial, I called Carvana and told them I wanted to return the car. The agent was so kind and understanding, and she explained the process. I was told to select a different vehicle, and she would take it from there. I finally ended up getting my Subaru Outback last week, and I could not be happier with it. Carvana made the entire process easy. I would do this again, and I would recommend this to others as well.
