When trying to finalize the requirements, we were told Carvana does not work with PNC - despite the fact they approved the check from PNC the first go-round. So, weeks wasted, with no car. NEVER use Carvana. More
I’m sure the people are nice, but I only received a half a tank of gas in my new car. Additionally, the taxes went up $200 more than what was shown online. The delivery person was extremely friendly, went over every detail of the vehicle, explained the next steps and answered all my questions. Throughout the entire process, Carvana kept me informed every step of the way making it a very comfortable experience. Carvana's 7-day no-questions-asked return policy and generous warranty really gave me peace of mind with buying a vehicle online. The vehicle I purchased exceeded my expectations and Carvana made the buying experience the best I have ever had. I am trilled with my purchase and will definitely purchase another vehicle through Carvana again in the future. Worse car buying experience I have ever had! After speaking with the advocate about needing to transfer my disabled tag to the new car 3 times, speaking with 4 other advocates regrading the need After speaking with the advocate about needing to transfer my disabled tag to the new car 3 times, speaking with 4 other advocates regrading the need to have my tags transferred, they did not transfer my tags and issued me a new tag. This created an issue whereas I had to pay property tax on the new vehicle (I had just paid the taxes on the trade in 3 weeks prior). I was then told that they could see in the notes where I contacted several people about needing to transfer my tags and that if I paid the taxes they would reimburse me. Well what do you knw, as soon as I pay the taxes on the new car I received a call from a supervisor explaining to me that the advocate who told me that was wrong and they were not going to be abler to reimburse me for my expenses even though this issue was created by Carvana employees not properly completing the paperwork. So not only do I lose the money, but I had to surrender my disabled tags and reapply for a new one which might get here in the next 4 weeks. I don't recommend Carvana because after the sake you are forced to speak with people on the phone about your issues and not the individuals who made the mistake, Buy at your own risk!! More
