Not impressed I purchased a 2014 VW Passat SE TDI. Vehicle was delivered on 02.14.20. The vehicles appearance was as expected. I drove the sales/delivery associate I purchased a 2014 VW Passat SE TDI. Vehicle was delivered on 02.14.20. The vehicles appearance was as expected. I drove the sales/delivery associate back to his office. While driving I noticed the vehicle pulling to the right and the steering wheel had a clockwise rotation when driving straight. When I got back to my apartment I noticed the right rear tire was slack. I drove the vehicle to the service station and inflated the tire to the prescribed operating PSI and noticed the other 4 tires were over inflated. I returned to the interstate to see if vehicle still was pulling to the right and it was. I felt like I couldn't make a good determination if I wanted the vehicle without finding out why the vehicle was pulling to the right, so I made an appointment with the local Good Year dealership to check the alignment and right rear tire. The Good Year technician found that the car was out of alignment and the right rear tire had a nail just outside the repair zone. It was also noted that the oil, air filter, cabin air filter and windshield wipers needed changing. I authorized the repairs assuming that Carvana would compensate me at a minimum for the replacement tire and alignment, as I couldn't even perform a proper assessment of the car with it pulling to the right. I made 3 separate calls to Carvana pleading my issues and was given the runaround all 3 times. I uploaded all my receipts and documentation. My last communication was on 02.17.20 at 4:48 PM stating that it may take up to 48 hours to process my request. Seven days later nothing. I've washed my hands of this as the cost of me trying to pursue the compensation out weighs the compensation. The Carvana service is no better than any other dealership service. More

A mechanic friend recommended I try Carvana and I admit being impressed with the easy purchase and delivery service. We had lots of questions about the online process, but the telephone staff (there were several - all very helpful and polite) answered everything quickly and efficiently, so it all worked out and we have a great low-mileage Prius. Our car was delivered from Richmond, VA by Mike, who was a real pleasure to work with. Best of all we avoided having to go to the DMV for plates, title & registration. Major plus!. More
I highly highly recommend Carvana! I went the dealership before and was so upset with the whole experience, it felt like they weren’t being honest and was being taken advantage of. After taking care of things online beforehand, when they came to get the car it was a super simple process and after 15 minutes I got a check for my car. Carvana has been an amazing experience. We bought an Armada and we decided to return it ONLY due to learning we wanted more bells and whistles!
