Car was delivered without an essential piece of equipment - the trunk cover. Very hard to tell from the photos that it was missing. Carvana refused to make any accommodations or concessions. Car buying process was super easy and convenient. Only issue I had was they failed to mention some of the damage on the car (a broken piece of plastic and a few more scratches than what was listed). Also when I got the car it had low air pressure in one tire they filled it up and I found the next day it had a nail in it. They told me to bring it to a shop where they wanted to just plug it instead of replace the tire. Also the brakes were warped and caused bad vibration when slowing down. The car I bought only had 6000 miles so I expected it to be in a little better condition. The buying experience and staff was great they just need to work on adequately listing the issues with the vehicles before you buy them. More
The deal was a little over 19,800. I paid in cash a little over 3,800 so that my loan was 16,000. They filled out the loan for 16,399.00 they stole 400$ from me. Then they said the registration was not there yet so I had to wait til 1 Oct. the guy who actually helped me with all the paperwork when I arrived was Justin and he was very nice and professional. Not happy with the company at all though. Do not really Recommend purchasing from them. First car, arrived and was inspected by my auto shop. It immediately showed SIGNIFICANT engine faults on the computer as well as a BEVY of other very significant issues. I returned it. Then car #2 - they gave me 2 options 1) fix the brakes, headlight cover & cruise control and deliver a week late or 2) deliver it and I can take it to a rapair facility and they would 100% cover the cost w/no issues at all. Well, I did option 2 and guess what? They denied the claim. Now they refuse to fix my brake issue they told me would be 100% covered as it was not to their quality standards. I called both Silver rock the warranty company and Carvana and am being stonewalled. They put it in writing and I have the photos attached. Now, they wont fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA. They wont inspect the cars and even if they do they WONT fix the issues THEY FIND. More

Overall a good experience; a few glitches. .. you have to enter a LOT of stuff online, but then send it all again to various people. I could get this done in 15 minutes anywhere in Phoenix, for $20. Why can't Carvana do that? BUT! The car was as advertised, the price was good, and the trade value was reasonable; so looking past these operational glitches seems fine. Oh.. they wouldn't deliver the car to me (I am 10 miles from their 'car vending machine') because, I suppose, they wanted to 'vend' it to me. As a result of purchasing a vehicle last Wednesday 10/5. A second transaction for another vehicle I purchased a few days later was cancelled. At no point in time during the process was I informed that I could not purchase a second vehicle during the (7) Day Money Back Guarantee Period. I told my Carvana agent upon pick-up I planned to purchase another vehicle and would be back in a few days. He said great, I look forward to seeing you. The online system allowed me to complete the entire process, including the financing without any flags or warnings that I could not complete (2) transactions within a (7) day period. As a result, I fielded countless emails and phone calls and still could not resolve the issue. Even though I paid cash for the first vehicle. The phone staff was not helpful. The text robot is a joke. Your system is far from 100% online. I was getting phone calls, text messages, emails etc etc. It was nothing but hassle and aggravation. Your process is broken and the right hand does not know what the left is doing. I first purchased a car a few years back. That transaction was a problem and every transaction since has gotten worse and worse. If you search my name online, you will see that I only leave 5 star reviews for companies. I had casting negativity into the world. I either give praise or I remain silent. Your company may cause me to write my first 1 star review online and have all my employees back me up on that. I lost a perfectly good vehicle for no logical reason whatsoever. I have been severely punished for my loyalty to your company. I cannot imagine leadership at your organization could sleep a wink knowing about the grave dysfunctional surrounding this transaction. More
