The car was delivered to our home and we were able to drive the car before accepting it. The car was clean and well detailed and the staff was very nice. Overall the experience was good. Our bad experience came the next day when the car would not start. After checking the car battery and having the vehicle checked by a mechanic, it turned out to be a low battery in the key fob that would not allow the car to start. The second thing was when the car was delivered the tire pressure in the front driver side tire was at 45# and should have been 35. Turned out that there was a nail in the tire that was not taken care of before delivery and the nail was in a spot that could not be repaired. Had to get a new tire to fix the problem and Ended up buying the other three to match. Called Carvana about the car not starting and the tire problem before our seven days were up and they would not even acknowledge the problems. Do like the car and have accepted that this is the chance when buying a used car. My advice is to check the car very carefully before signing on the dotted line. More
