Like many people I was hesitant to use an online service. It was far easier than going to a car lot. There were no salesmen bothering you and you could look for cars at your leisure. While the process was easy and the truck was exactly what we wanted there were things missing from the truck. The truck arrived really dirty with mud caked underneath. We spoke with someone the next day and they said they would call us about replacing the liner. On day 8 passed our return window they offered a $100 for the missing bed liner which is going to cost us $800 to actually replace. It was incorrectly advertised and we feel like they should have fixed it. More

Tried to deal with Caravan twice. Recommended my aunt to use them for a Subaru purchase. Good thing there was a 7 day return policy, car was a xxx. Plus car came with only 1 key fob when advertised with 2. Easy fix right. caravan refused to buy 50.00 fob to make it right. Car went back.. I just tried to sell them my Yukon and they offered me 22,500 when I just sold it to the dealer for 30k. I would recommend going to your local car dealer and making a relationship. I would not recommend Caravan for buying or selling. More
