First off, let me say, my experience was relative to buying a vehicle for my business. That, in my opinion, was probably a little more involved than buying a personal vehicle. As a result, the process was not as smooth as it could have been because not everyone at Carvana was on the same page about what documentation was required to buy a car for a business. However, in the end, we finalized the deal. ALL of the Carvana team members, without exception, were great and had the patience and cheerful attitude to work through the process with me. I accepted delivery when expected and that whole process was fantastic! The vehicle was exactly what we expected. The only other less than perfect part of the process that occurred involved vehicle registration. The car was sold out of Georgia and needs to be registered in Alabama. The delivery driver assured me Carvana would take care of the registration process in Alabama and I would be notified when to go to our local probate office; however, I received an email 6 days after our purchase that Alabama requires that I personally handle the registration process. Upon calling Carvana to clarify what was supposed to happen concerning the registration, I was assured Carvana would handle it and the email was a mistake. We are waiting for the registration process to be completed. Overall, it was a good experience and I highly recommend Carvana. It was so easy! More

I just bough a beautiful RR Velar from Carvana and I would recommend the experience to anyone that is thinking about using Carvana to buy their next car. I have to be honest, I was skeptical and my g would recommend the experience to anyone that is thinking about using Carvana to buy their next car. I have to be honest, I was skeptical and my girlfriend tried to talk me out of it, however I found a great deal and I was willing to take a chance largely in part to their return policy and warranty. The buying process itself was very clear, easy, and straightforward. In fact, I would say it was superior to a traditional car dealer transaction. There was no haggling and paperwork was simple. Everything was done online. Everything was smooth and perfect until I got the car delivered. Unfortunately there were some undisclosed cosmetic issues with the vehicle which I was not expecting. Although I was a bit annoyed, a quick call to Carvana eased all doubts. They were professional in handling the issues, and took care of all of them in a manner which I believe was representative of good customer service. The claims with Carvana’s insurance provider were quickly approved and I am getting the issues fixed. I am very satisfied with how that was handled. Long story short, I am happy with the whole purchase overall, and even though there were some minor issues I believe Carvana dealt with them properly. I ended up keeping the car and I recommend Carvana to anyone on the lookout for a car. More

It was great. My kids got to drop the coin into the machine to bring the car down so they had fun and also they gave the kids a game set so it was fun for the whole family.
