From start to finish it was very easy and pain less. It gave great detail on the car and picture. Once you do pick a car they reinspect it and tell you of any marks, scratches or where that is on it. Which is nice I got a 10 year old car so I wasn't expecting perfect. It's really close though. The person that delivered the car was a very nice guy If I was going to be very picky they didn't vacuum everywhere but the places they didn't vacuum the person probably didn't even know it was there. It was a hidden compartment. The only reason I did is because I read the owners manual. I personally didn't care. The only concern/caution I would tell someone is just remember that the used car your buying may not be from the same outside environment as your area. My car was from Texas I live in the midwest. I got the car in the fall. We had a cold snap go through like 3 degrees during the day then the next day we where at 80 degrees (yes seriously the weather in the midwest does that) and my battery wasn't getting changed. Took my car to O'reillys to get alternator and the battery checked. It was just the battery. He asked if it was from a warmer climate. I said yes. He said poor thing couldn't handle it. He did check the battery life and the battery life was still good. It just couldn't handle the cold. He checked everything else and everything else was perfect. I have a coworker that is looking for a new car for his wife. He asked me a bunch of questions about my car and Carvana. His quote was "seriously all you had to fix on a 10 year vehicle was the battery. Do you know how much money I had to put into my last used vehicle....1000s. I'm so buying from them." More

The purchase of my lightly used 2014 Volkswagen Beetle was by far the most painless and enjoyable experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. I found the car I was interested in with a clean history and super low miles. I went with their financing which was fairly easy and was approved in about 2 hours. I picked my car up at the Carvana “ vending machine” which was entertaining. After a quick test drive and a few minutes explaining the remaining paperwork to be signed and mailed in I was in my new car and heading home. More
