So I did. I had a text message asking questions about my car, eagerly I responded back. The same day I had an offer sent to me from Carvana through this text message. I admit that I was really skeptical . Never heard of Carvana. Anyway , Tom said, as long as you were honest in your description of your car, our offer stands true. This whole interaction between myself Tom and others at Carvana took 6 days from first text to my car being sold to them and hauled off, They left me standing there with check in my hand for the difference between the payoff and offer, I won’t say how my my check was but will say this. It was a better offer than anyone had offered, privately or at a dealership. Whom ever you are(the mastermind or minds that came up with the concept of this truly awesome company) kudos to you!
