They were going to charge me $160 to diagnose a potential problem on top of repair cost. I was also going to be charged $80 for a brake inspection. We had a good experience with Bryce but were a little unhappy about being told there was only one key for the vehicle we were buying after we were 75% into the process. I was less than thrilled with the experience with the finance person. He tried to make us believe that the ETCH fee was a mandatory fee even when questioned about it. It was clearly listed under optional items. My questioning it made the rest the of the process uncomfortable. He acted like he had been insulted. So, would I recommend this dealership? Not likely.
