After waiting several months for a key I ordered and which was not ever ordered by Carter until I contacted them twice then I finally had to call yet again, and the key had arrived but they didn’t tell which was not ever ordered by Carter until I contacted them twice then I finally had to call yet again, and the key had arrived but they didn’t tell me it had, they coded it to my car but only on my way home did I discover that the key I spent over $200 for was not the one I had ordered. I’ve left 2 messages for the fellow in charge to discuss the whole thing and am still waiting to actually talk with him. Never had such bad service from other Toyota dealers! More
