I was upset with salesperson & finance person attempting to short me on my trade & then telling me that the tax I would have paid for full price was deducted from price of trade in. I have never spent so l to short me on my trade & then telling me that the tax I would have paid for full price was deducted from price of trade in. I have never spent so long at a dealership. This should have been a much faster process. I was tired & worn down. When I got home & did the math , I was upset!!! When I called the next business day, Larry was unhelpful & Rich the finance man was rude. Our conversation was unproductive & unprofessional. I was ready to dissolve the deal. I was already paying too much for this vehicle & wasn’t willing to be fleeced further. Jason Teague , one of the mangers called me and said , they would pay the full trade in. Because it was Christmas’. Not because what occurred was unethical practice! And shouldn’t be occurring!!! This upsets me that this dealership isn’t changing such practices. More
