I was a little disappointed with my last visit. It took over 3 weeks to get in for service, when I was there I waited over 2 hrs for routine service, the waiting room was full and this was my secon It took over 3 weeks to get in for service, when I was there I waited over 2 hrs for routine service, the waiting room was full and this was my second visit here where Fox News was playing on the tv. My bill was over $400 for routine service which is outrageous. Even though my tires were rotated and checked, my tire light was still on when I left (I let them know when I got there it had been on for a day or two and to make sure and check that out) Overall I left feeling let down but I have been coming there for several years and I have been generally pleased. Everyone working there is always very nice. More
I always get my oil changed here. Was totally shocked when they charged me $84 and that was with a $15 coupon. Really??? I can't afford to return here for service.
