Not a good experience. Simple oil change that left a puddle in my garage and down the driveway. It was then towed back to service center to be fixed and returned, however I Simple oil change that left a puddle in my garage and down the driveway. It was then towed back to service center to be fixed and returned, however I was without the use of the car for two days from the time I discovered the problem. No compensation other than fixing the problem was offered. Very disappointing. Not sure I will ever return for service there if simple maintenance issues can’t be done properly. More

We had appointment at 1:30 for oil change. It was not finished until 4:30. That is not ok. It happened to be his birthday and he had to wait three hours for a oil change that should not have t It was not finished until 4:30. That is not ok. It happened to be his birthday and he had to wait three hours for a oil change that should not have taken 1 hour at most. When he started to leave he realized it was leaking oil. Back in it went again. He then gets home and realizes it is still leaking so another trip back to the shop. By them I’m mad. Poor excuse for a business. Yes you can contact me. More
