This was my first time using your service since I recently moved from Washington state. Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I had to wait 2 weeks and 2 days for an appt and on the day of my appt they did not look at the car.. I called later that day and they said they would be sure to look at the car the next day.. overall comm day of my appt they did not look at the car..
