I truly enjoyed the “ no pressure” sale process. It was more like a good conversation among friends. I found the car I wanted and had to wait a while (months shorter than any other dealerships in Indiana or Kentucky) to get it. After a slight delay in delivery, Mark and Jason at Carver Toyota worked with m shorter than any other dealerships in Indiana or Kentucky) to get it. After a slight delay in delivery, Mark and Jason at Carver Toyota worked with me to get a loaner car at the dealership to use until my car came. I am very happy and impressed with the services I have received from Carver Toyota. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in quality services with shorter wait time...especially during these times of low inventory. More

Hands down worst experience buying a car ever! ! The only positive was they delivered it. That's where it ends. Bought a used vehicle unseen in person but trusted that i could count on the sales pe ! The only positive was they delivered it. That's where it ends. Bought a used vehicle unseen in person but trusted that i could count on the sales person to make sure it was all good. He told me the inside was perfect, however when i got it, there is water staining all around the sunroof and no remote start as advertised. They have been giving me the runaround for 3 wks now and i still don't have an answer for how this is going to be remedied. I have called service, the salesperson and a salea manager multiple times and i never get a clear answer, probably going to be my loss, unfortunately! More
