Service took longer because of a few miscommunication issues, both initially from me as the customer describing the problem and then when it came to getting the correct parts ordered. Left me sitting in the waiting room when my car was finished. Went in for a tire rotation, oil change, air and cabin filter to be replaced. Then they tell me they couldn't change the oil because of a r finished. Went in for a tire rotation, oil change, air and cabin filter to be replaced. Then they tell me they couldn't change the oil because of a rusted bolt. It wasn't a rusted bolt, they were using the wrong tool to get it out. Told me I had to come back on Saturday to get a simple oil change done. I drive 40 miles one way. On Saturday they used the correct tool and the bolt came right out. More

I’ve never felt so disrespected at a dealership ever. Almost zero communication from our sales guy. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. He had to do next to nothing in the way of “selling” me but Almost zero communication from our sales guy. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. He had to do next to nothing in the way of “selling” me but it was too much for him. I called the dealership more than once and got an attitude like they did not care & I was bothering them. I bought a brand new top of the line Rav4 and ended up feeling like I wasn’t worth their time. I don’t care if I was buying a base model Yaris no one should be treated that way.
