As our lease came to its end, we had contact with several Toyota dealerships. Most offered us no real figures or data. The end result was we drove out of Carver's in a brand new 2023 Camry the same day! A special thank you to Nick Dougherty. I’ve owned the car for right around two months and I’ve had the car in my possession for around 2 weeks. It’s been constantly in the shop being worked on but yet the problem it keeps having still hasn’t be had the car in my possession for around 2 weeks. Dropped car off without an appointment on Monday. It had a small coolant leak and a series of engine warning lights on. Picked up our Rav4 on Friday. The small plastic "T" was replaced, leak stopped. Mechanic could not find out why warning lights were on. Still have the problem. Total bill was over $600. They also did a recall, but mistakenly charged us $92 for a covered repair. The Carver Toyota auditor issued a refund by mail. More
