Had to take Tacoma to my oil change place in Greensburg after getting oil changed at Carver Toyota. Service advisor suggested I do that as she thought it might be air filter might have been put in wrong. T after getting oil changed at Carver Toyota. Service advisor suggested I do that as she thought it might be air filter might have been put in wrong. There was a cover under engine that was rattling when we shut doors. The bolt holding it on was tight because they stripped it putting it back on. The shield & washer was rattling as stripped bolt wasn't snugging it up. Had to get it fixed after your oil change guy messed it up. More

Took over 2 hours just to do an oil change and then asked to keep our car over overnight because they wouldn't finish in time.
