a scheduled maintenance appointment at 11:00 - when i arrived was c told it was for a tire rotation - i was like really - i drive 41 miles for a tire rotation - i was expecting an oil change - not for an arrived was c told it was for a tire rotation - i was like really - i drive 41 miles for a tire rotation - i was expecting an oil change - not for an additional 5000 miles - 2 hours and 20 minutes - really - that won’t happen again - grrrrrt. Great location and service work is great. Issue with communication, asked when can drop car off and get shuttle ride. Was told by team 7AM, but doors weren’t opened until 7:30AM. When picking vehicle up, invoice was incorrect, caught by Carver team, but charge was for $50 more than should have been and took extra time during pickup. More
