I purchased a 2018 Rav 4 on Jan 18, 2022. The car had 30,000 miles on it. After one month, I got in the vehicle to start it and it would not start. I had to call a friend to jump the car. I got it started and took it to Craig's Toyota in the town I live in, in Madison, IN. They told me the battery was not right for the vehicle. I took it back to Carver Toyota where I purchased it. They tightened the battery.. Told me they put a new battery in, but they did not. I have now had the vehicle 4 months. It is now overheating.. the coolant is overflowing and heating when the AC is on. It seems that Toyota here at Craig's in Madison looked at it and said it had been wrecked. The blower fans on the AC was installed backwards and was causing the unit to overheat. I called Carver in Columbus. They said it was my problem, not theirs. It cost me $546 to have it repaired at Craig's in Madison. I would warn anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Carver to beware. If you have a problem, it is your problem. They will not stand behind the sale. No one at the dealership told me about the car being wrecked or that it had any problems. My bad!!! I should have looked at the history. I will never deal with Carver again. I hope you won't. Come to Madison to Craig's Toyota. They are great to work with. More
I had an appointment set but when I showed up they didn't show the appointment, nevertheless they took care of my car.
