When I called to make my appointment, they had no record of me, even though I have been going there since 2014. Whenever they contact me about service, they email my brother. When I asked them to change it of me, even though I have been going there since 2014. Whenever they contact me about service, they email my brother. When I asked them to change it to my email address and phone number, they said they would, but obviously never did. At this service appointment, I asked them to check the alignment and they said they would, but they did not check it or give me any information about it. More
