the service writers are very friendly and informative. i had a 9:15 appointment got there at 9:05 and the veh did not get into the service writer until 9:45. the wait time was to be 2 hrs it took closer t i had a 9:15 appointment got there at 9:05 and the veh did not get into the service writer until 9:45. the wait time was to be 2 hrs it took closer to 2 1/2 hrs.
