I purchased a Toyota Venza last Thursday. I had the best experience and was treated with so much respect. Scott and Richard made my purchase so positive. I had all but given up on Toyota bring a now 5th t experience and was treated with so much respect. Scott and Richard made my purchase so positive. I had all but given up on Toyota bring a now 5th time buyer but Carver restored my faith. I had 4 less than pleasing dealings with another Toyota dealerships. Carver will be the only Toyota dealership I use from now on. Life my Venza! More

Her kindness, willingness to go above and beyond to help us deal with our disabled vehicle was clea sales professional at Carver Toyota in Columbus. Our son's car had his catalytic converter stolen while he was in another state...The car was towed to Carver, and we are here in Pennsylvania...She helped with multiple suggestions as to how to address the nightmare of making long distance decisions. Her supportive nature should be rewarded. Clearly she understands the importance of customer support. If we lived in Columbus Indiana, I would clearly purchase a car from this dealership because of her helpfulness. And thank you to the mechanic Clinton, as well. More
