Carver Toyota attempted to charge me for tube steps on my truck that were never installed at the factory. I confronted the staff on this issue and wanted the option installed. When I was meeting with the fin truck that were never installed at the factory. I confronted the staff on this issue and wanted the option installed. When I was meeting with the financial person, I learned I was being double charged for this option, plus a dealer installation fee. I was still waiting to see if this issue gets resolved. More

Very poor communication. Returned to service department 3 times for the same issue - my car was in their shop for a total of 52 days. Instead of doing what was in the best interest of the customer, they c 3 times for the same issue - my car was in their shop for a total of 52 days. Instead of doing what was in the best interest of the customer, they chose to attempt cheaper unsuccessful repairs. Car had extended warranty purchased from their dealership. Worst service experience I have ever had. More
