In all of my years buying cars, I have never been taken care of the way I was with Carver Toyota. I live in Texas and for months had been searching for a very hard to find new 4Runner. I got very lucky in care of the way I was with Carver Toyota. I live in Texas and for months had been searching for a very hard to find new 4Runner. I got very lucky in that Carver did have one that was not yet spoken for. Rob, Michelle, and Rich from start to finish made everything as smooth as possible. When I flew to Indianapolis to take delivery of the vehicle, Rob had a Cadillac hired to bring me to the dealership and upon my arrival, they got me on the road within half an hour. In no uncertain terms did I feel like I was treated as family. I truly feel I would not have been better taken care of if I were to walk into a Mercedes dealer with $xxx,xxx to spend. Next time we are in the market for a Toyota, I will look to Carver and have them ship the vehicle to Texas! More
