Adam was a great salesman and helped me with getting the car I wanted. Timing was standard for purchasing a vehicle. There were some standard sales techniques that were slightly disappointing with the finan car I wanted. Timing was standard for purchasing a vehicle. The pressure to add an extended warranty was high and there was visible disappointment when I declined. I had to ask to see the prices rather than it being initially apparent. When I declined, there was still pressure to change my mind. This was the only interaction that was disappointing during the experience. More
