I have 2 complaints: I could not get thru trying to call to make an appointment for service--I was put on extensive holds on 2 separate attempts. I eventually did it online. They failed to re-set my 'mai to make an appointment for service--I was put on extensive holds on 2 separate attempts. I eventually did it online.
