My experience at Carver Toyota was a mixed one of both minor disappointment and satisfaction. Initially, I felt the car buying process was inconvenient and the customer relations somewhat unpleasant. In the end though, other associates stepped in and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. Those associates went out of their way to accommodate and made the process more convenient. Those actions made a huge difference in my decision to purchase a new vehicle from Carver. Since that time, all my other experiences at the dealership have been good experiences. More

nail in the tire I was shown a picture of a tire with a nail and that the service center could not repair the tire. I was offered a tire foe $250ish. When I took the tire to a tire service garage.. there was no nail! I did pay to have the tire in question placed back n the car. I feel someone was perpetuating a scam. More
