Great experience Apparently the "brain" of my hybrid system went out, and since it was a known after market defect, the whole repair was covered under an extended warr Apparently the "brain" of my hybrid system went out, and since it was a known after market defect, the whole repair was covered under an extended warranty. I was also given a brand new Prius as a loaner for the duration of the repair. Initially, I was told it would be a 7-10 day job, but amazingly, it was completed within 24 hours! Everyone was so nice and helpful. More
