I spoke to Don at the service center and he always come through. He told me, as soon as you get out of your appointment come in that I'll do my best to get you in, since you will be waiting. Well, not even 30 minutes, I was out with my car serviced. Kudos to Don and the service department. Great job. More

Some dealerships would also have average experience during every step of purchase but this was better post negotiations from paperwork to delivery (not pushing on extras like gap coverage, paint protection etc..). This is my 6th car purchase and my best experience was a chevy dealership which involved a lot of haggling too. But there was only smiling and welcoming tone and polite counter offers during negotiations. Dealerships need to get away from negotiations means intimidation mentality and you will see more customers appreciating purchase experience. Overall, average experience during negotiations and 5 stars after that. So giving above average stars More
