I brought my car in for the 100000 mile service and to investigate a rattling noise that I was hearing when hitting bumps. All it needed was a tire rotation, but I asked for a balancing as well. When I went to pick it up I saw on the invoice that one of the tires could not be balanced because the wheel is bent. I was never told of this or even asked if I wanted a new wheel at that time. The rattle was never investigated. the invoice just said I declined the wheel! that is not true. This is the second time I have brought my car there for service and the service I asked for was not addressed. I live in Indianapolis and drop it off there for "convenience" when visiting my parents and then pick it up on my way home. Twice it has not been convenient since it has resulted in me having to make another appointment at another time to get the work completed and checked out. More

The sales portion of my experience was fine. My issue was with the service department first off when I signed a paperwork for my new V.Ehicle I was told that the extended warranty.I was purchasin My issue was with the service department first off when I signed a paperwork for my new V.Ehicle I was told that the extended warranty.I was purchasing covered everything that was not maintenance when I went back for some leaks.I was told they're not covered Period furthermore, furthermore, when I purchase the car, my salesman showed me on a ticket where he said all my brake rotors were replaced and new pads, which should have given me a year's warranty. When I went back to have the service department checking issue. They said no, we didn't replace the rotors, we just turned them. Therefore, there was no warranty on your break job. I don't feel this is a way to treat customers.Your departments need to get their stories together so they're not giving different versions More
