Didn’t properly diagnose bad shift solenoid. Since they thought it was good. Replaced another part. Only to discover original issue still persisted. I’m waiting until Monday to get the vehicle back in. Very frustrating as we’ve had to miss work due to not having a loaner vehicle. Have already had to rent a car as well. More

I had a service once where the mechanic did not get the oil pan bolt tightened. Then my most recent service I was told the cabin filter needed to be changed. I said I would take care if it.
