Carver Toyota of Columbus - Service Center

Last 2 times I called for service, operator forwarded me to service but know one answered. This last service I called 2 times, left a message on second call. My call was not returned, third call I insisted to service but know one answered. This last service I called 2 times, left a message on second call. My call was not returned, third call I insisted on talking to a person! Then, I Didn’t realize I would not get all my Toyota care complimentary service due to expiration. Cost for oil change and tire rotation was just under 150 dollars. A bit steep I thought. They didn’t rest the maintenance reminded, it’s still telling me I need service!! Ug, I won’t be back, unless warranty and all services are covered. More

Estimate was way too expensive for the repair. I did some research and the part is only $40 and wanted to charge me $929 for repair. Carver Toyota got my truck in the next day. Very nice and helpful. Love the app that shows where their at on your vehicle. I do wish they had loaner vehicles while they have yours. Took my Camry in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades. My TPI warning light had been on for some time. I assumed the service tech would reset it since I had my tires rotated. However, it new wiper blades. My TPI warning light had been on for some time. I assumed the service tech would reset it since I had my tires rotated. However, it was not reset. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but the service was done on a Saturday and I picked it up after hours. When I called back on Monday, the Service desk had nothing noted on the ticket indicating why it wasn’t reset and asked me to bring it back in so they could reset the warning light. Took it back in and after 30 - 40 minutes they told me I needed a $200 control module, which they would have to order. Told them not to worry, I would just stick a piece of electrical tape over it. I was not offered any compensation for something I feel I should have been told up front. More
