It took me 9 weeks yes 9 weeks to get my new truck back. Again, I believe this was the warranty places doing mostly, however, 9 weeks to get my 60k truck back is a bit ridiculous. More

Had recently had poor experience with another Toyota dealer, and contacted Carver and was exceptionally pleased with th and my sales rep Josh Branum. Had recently had poor experience with another Toyota dealer, and contacted Carver and was exceptionally pleased with their communication, follow ups, and purchase process from beginning to end. Josh handled things quickly and up front, and made it very easy for me to get details, etc from a location over an hour away. When we did go to the dealership after details were worked out, everything was just as provided with no surprises. Really appreciate Carver and Josh specifically. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, especially if you have had a poor experience elsewhere, or just save yourself that trouble and contact Carver first. Also had one item on the new vehicle that needed to be handled by the Service Department after the purchase and that was followed up on quickly and handled properly. Thank you More
