The wheel guy didn’t show up for frist appointment. I think this looks bad on Toyota. Although Quiten keep me undated and was very nice which I don’t blame him at all. It is poor business on Toyotas part. It’s pretty busy. Went in for an oil change and was taken care of fine on that. Well, 1. 5 hour wait for a scheduled maintenance on a one year old vehicle, didn’t put the hub back on and didn’t contact me. The dealership is really nice, but the wait was over an hour and half. It wasn’t terrible, but they didn’t have a loaner car to give me. Other than that, all is great here!
