They normally tell me about fluids, tire condition, filter condition but not noted on bill. I also noted the padding on the bill for extraneous items like dealing with waste. How could that have risen exponentially? I will probably go elsewhere for oil changes in the future because of timing and padding of bill. I have no idea what the service woman’s name is so will just randomly mark a woman. More

I compare you to my Chevy dealership who always completes simple task like this in 30 minutes. This isn’t the first time, it’s every time I bring my car in for service there. The service consultants were kind and respectful, and I’m sure the mechanics were busy as the cars are stacked up like cordwood there every time I come in. My thought is you have a service manager who maybe gets a bonus on certain financial KPIs or else there is some algorithms wrong in your scheduling computer that need to be addressed. You have to know how long jobs take and the computer should schedule your service department out based on those times. Consistent extensive service wait times like this will negatively impact your car sales. I wouldn’t consider buying another car at Carver because of experiences in your service department More
