When I called to make my appointment, they had no record of me, even though I have been going there since 2014. Whenever they contact me about service, they email my brother. I came in to get the tires balanced because when I purchased the car it was shaky and I mentioned this to the salesperson multiple times. When I finally was able to come in to get the vehicle looked purchased the car it was shaky and I mentioned this to the salesperson multiple times. When I finally was able to come in to get the vehicle looked at I waited for approximately 45 minutes for someone to tell me they would not balance and rotate my tires because of the lack of tread. Maybe Carver should have put new tires on the vehicle before I purchased it. I live in Seymour so it was a complete waste of my Saturday morning. Also I am a single mother so thanks for selling me a car with old tires right before the winter….way to look out for your customers safety. More
Communication is nonexistent here. I won’t go back to this location after dealing with the service center. I didn’t have a good experience with the sales department either and purchased my vehicle at a different location that wasn’t condescending towards me. I scheduled my second service on my RAV4 here and they didn’t complete half of it and told me I had lost the lock for my lug nuts. Turns out they lost it and gave it back to me when I went back to have the fuel tank replaced (there was a recall). They had me believing it was another dealership that lost it and told me I should take a man with me to talk to them to get what I wanted. Wow. When I went for the scheduled fuel tank replacement I was told it would be 4 hours for the service. I live an hour away and planned to have someone with me so we could go do something instead of sitting there for 4 hours. They were aware of this. I returned to the dealership 3.5 hours after dropping my vehicle off and was told it would be another 2 hours. I was going to sit and wait. After about 30 minutes they came and said “it turns out we don’t have the parts”. They claimed the parts were allocated for my service that was scheduled and someone took the parts to use for an emergency repair 5 days earlier. So, 5 days before my scheduled service they used the parts and didn’t reschedule the service with me AND didn’t realize it until after my car was there for 4 hours? There is so much wrong that I can’t even get it all down. Worst experience I’ve had and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. More

Arrived at the dealership at 11:30am. I had scheduled an appointment for 12pm. I had the courtesy van take me to a restaurant for lunch, as I was told service would take 1 hour.
