only.needed to drive 1 car After our car caught fire, we needed a vehicle quick. With poor credit and not alot to put down we were able to get financed and found a great car. Only problem we had with the process was the gentlman helping us at time to sign papers would have us sign 1 paper then would walk off to talk to other people for 5-10mins. With 2 toddlers it was a very long process it took almost 5hrs to teat drive 1 car and do paperwork even with calling the day before to fill out paperwork to prequalify us before we drove the hour to the dealership. More

We had a great time at Carvilles Nick was so great and spent a lot of time with our family helping us find the right vehicles. And the guys were so friendly. Great Sales team bad horrible customer service Sales team is/was great. Customer service and the GM Matt, not so spectacular. I recently purchased a vehicle, and after taking it to their mechanic Sales team is/was great. Customer service and the GM Matt, not so spectacular. I recently purchased a vehicle, and after taking it to their mechanics several times they were unable to diagnose the issue. The truck was not serviced before leaving the lot. Long story short, when bring this to the GM's attention he basically didnt care said it was my problem now. I didnt even make 1 payment and it was stalling out on the road 2 days after driving it off the lot. Buyer beware have it checked by your own mechanic before signing anything! *side note to Carvilles, I was recently asked by my employer where I had purchased my truck cause they were seeking to buy and pay cash for two trucks for our employees to drive to the job sites, after I shared with them the horrible service and the way I was spoken to from the GM they spent 20k on two other trucks from your competitors* More
