Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband and wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Shy was great to work with! She was helpful in understanding the Tesla screen for our new used car. I would not recommend this dealership. Management refused to communicate regarding multiple mechanical issues. I finally drove in and spoke with someone I believe is named Keith. He refused to give me a business card so I’m not sure. Before my first car payment I had (1) rear end rebuilt under manufacture warranty, (2) evap system code and was unable to put fuel in the truck, (3) electrical drain that would drain the battery in cold weather,(4) most importantly I was only given 1 key fob that did not work unless pressed to the start button. (I’m an idiot for thinking it was just a bad fob battery). Turned out this was not a factory key and the key system and door lock were altered creating a serious issue not allowing a new key to be added. I reached out multiple times and was ignored. The worst experience buying a car in my life. I always judge a company by how they handle an issue and CarVision of Maple Shade was the worst. Please avoid! More
