After the purchase, they kept telling me “come today, come tomorrow” and never fixed anything. Now the General Manager is asking me to pay $700 to fix the trunk, which was part of the original agreement before I bought the car. This is misleading and unfair business practice. Be very careful dealing with this dealership. I am currently filing complaints with the Georgia Attorney General and other authorities. Buyers should make sure everything is fixed BEFORE paying, because promises here are not honored. the most painful part is i was told by them at the workshop was told by one of the mamager ( a very nice gentale who really wants to help conformed that he ask me to go to toyoya to go to Toyota and do a diognosti since they being on the issue and they will be paid. but the general manager refused even Formal Complaint & Public Review – CarZone (Conyers, GA) I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with CarZone in Conyers. Prior to purchasing my vehicle, the dealership explicitly agreed—as part of the pre-sale terms—to repair the trunk, A/C, and rear brake light. Relying on these commitments, I proceeded with the purchase and took possession of the car in good faith. However, for nearly eleven (11) months after the sale, I have been repeatedly given excuses such as “the wrong part was ordered” or “the mechanic is unavailable.” Despite making over 14 verified visits to the dealership, only one of the agreed repairs have been completed. Communication has been extremely poor. Phone lines are frequently unreachable, forcing me to repeatedly drive to the dealership in person, resulting in significant inconvenience and wasted time. Most concerning, a new workshop General Manager has now informed me that I must pay $700 to repair the trunk, despite this being part of the original agreement prior to purchase. I was also directed to obtain a diagnostic from Toyota at a cost of $233, which I was initially told would be covered, but is now being shifted to me. This conduct reflects misleading and unfair business practices, and a clear failure to honor pre-sale commitments made to induce the purchase. I strongly advise potential buyers to ensure that all promised repairs are fully completed in writing and verified before payment, as verbal assurances from this dealership have proven unreliable. Escalation Notice I am currently preparing and/or filing formal complaints with the following authorities: Georgia Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division Federal Trade Commission Better Business Bureau Georgia Department of Law Rockdale County Magistrate Court Final Request for Resolution I am formally requesting that a senior manager or owner of CarZone review this matter and provide a full resolution immediately, including completion of all agreed repairs at no cost to me.
